Rectory Lunches, Clare Curtis and opening up
It has been lovely to see so many of you this week. I am looking forward to catching up with more of you next week. If you haven't received an invitation to lunch, please consider yourself warmly invited. There are still some dates left, and it would be great to see you. Another date for your diary - we are looking forward to welcoming Claire Curtis who will be serving her title post as curate with us, in the Exe Valley. Claire will be ordained in the Cathedral on 11 September. Sadly, numbers are limited at the Cathedral.
However, we hope to welcome Claire and her family to the Exe Valley Mission Community on Sunday 12 September at 4.00pm for afternoon tea at Templeton Village Hall. It would be great for her to meet as many of us as possible. Everyone is very welcome, and we might be on the lookout for cake!! Please pray for Claire as she prepares to be ordained and faces an exciting future with us! Hurrah!
