Here are our notices for Sunday 19th Jan 2020:

  • This month’s Group Service is a Plough Service is on 26 January at Withleigh at 10.30am
     
  • This year’s marriage preparation day is on 1 February 2020. Volunteers are required to serve tea, coffee and lunch.
     
  • During Lent we will be running ‘The Blessings Course’ – how to bless our local communities. In preparation, it might be helpful to read ‘The Grace Outpouring’ by Roy Godwin. It’s an exciting read! Please ask if you would like the office to order a book, or order through the Lighthouse Christian bookshop.
     
  • 1st Feb at 2.30pm - Oakford Village Hall - Afternoon Tea with Liz Shakespeare & Chris Tull. Both are local authors who have kindly offered to help St Peter's raise funds for the Tower appeal. Inspired by local history and personal experience, both Liz & Chris have written some superb and captivating novels. They will be entertaining us with a talk and a tale or two whilst we enjoy a delicious afternoon tea.   • Big Green Event at Exeter Cathedral Saturday February 20th 10.00am -4.30pm. a festival of thought and action to join up faith and our environment. Please book via: https://exeter.anglican.org/events/the-big-green-event/
