St Catherine's News (May 2022)
Welcome to St Catherine’s News, first edition! I am proposing to send out a news update prior to the beginning of each month.
Below are our services for May. Please note that on 29th May our service is at 9.30 am. This will enable anyone. if they so wish, to attend the group Jubilee service at Oakford at 10.45am.
At our annual meeting Paul stepped down as churchwarden after 18 years. We thank him for his service to St Catherine's. We are grateful to Stephen Roche, who is taking up this role - thank you, Stephen. Our thanks also to Brenda as she has agreed to continue as churchwarden for another year.
Some dates for your diaries:
- There is a Fete Planning meeting this coming Tuesday 26, at 7.30 pm in the Village Hall. Please do come along with any ideas and/or offers of help.
- There will be a service for Ascension Day on Thursday 26 May, at 12 noon at Stoodleigh. All are welcome.
