Lorna and Geoffrey Thomas are once again arranging a Duck Race.
The date this year will be Saturday 25 May with ducks 'racing' starting from just below Lurley Bridge from 3pm and ending opposite Palmershayes. Typically money raised is split between the church and another worthy cause.
Tea (and no doubt biscuits and cakes) will be served and the prizes will be awarded in the village hall afterwards.
