Our now annual Produce Show will take place on 26 August at the village hall. We would like to remind you that all entries for the Calverleigh Produce Show must be returned to Rita Tapp or Sheila Greenslade by August 9 at the latest.
The show opens at 2.30pm on August 26, for results, teas & coffees, draw and a bring and buy stall. Entries have to be in place on the day of the show by 11.30am for judging.
Rumour has it that there has been a great deal of practising already going on, especially in the Swiss roll category. Competition will be well fought again this year, particularly between our male bakers!
Refreshments, which may include prize winning cake, pasties etc... will be served during the afternoon.
